Ventquorix designs and builds websites for HVAC contractors in the United States. The work splits into eight services: booking websites, service area pages, mobile first design, feature planning, maintenance plan pages, emergency landing pages, redesigns, and ongoing care and hosting. Most new sites combine four or five of them.
How the services fit together
A contractor website is a small system rather than a brochure. The home page sends visitors to the right service page. Service pages send them to booking or a phone call. Service area pages bring in searches from the towns you want work from. The maintenance plan page turns a one time repair customer into recurring revenue. Care and hosting keep all of it fast and current through the seasons.
You do not need all eight. A two truck shop that wants more tune-up work might need a mobile rebuild, a plan signup page and a handful of honest service area pages. A larger company replacing an aging site may need everything, plus careful redirects so the pages that already rank keep their traffic.
The eight services
HVAC booking websites
Online scheduling that reflects real dispatch rules: arrival windows, service types, visit fees and what happens after hours. We plan the flow first, then connect the scheduling tool you already use or help you choose one.
Service area pages
Location pages for the towns and counties you actually serve, each with local detail a homeowner would recognize. No copied pages with the city name swapped, which search engines and visitors both see through.
Mobile first design
Urgent HVAC searches often happen on a phone. Layouts start at phone width, with tap targets sized for thumbs and a call button that is always one tap away.
Website feature planning
Financing calculators, chat widgets, review feeds, rebate finders. We help you decide which features earn their place and which ones add weight without bringing calls.
Maintenance plan pages
Clear signup pages for service agreements: what is included, what it costs, how renewal works and how to cancel. Clarity here protects you as much as the customer.
Emergency landing pages
Fast, focused no heat and no cool pages for ads and urgent searches. One message, one phone number, honest after hours information.
Website redesign
Replace an outdated site without losing what works. We map every existing URL, keep the pages that bring calls, and redirect the rest with care.
Care and hosting
Updates, backups, uptime monitoring, form testing and a seasonal content refresh, so the site is ready before the first cold snap and the first heat wave.
Which service should you start with?
Start with the place where calls are leaking. A few quick checks will usually tell you:
- Open your site on your own phone. If you cannot tap the phone number, or the booking button is hidden below a large photo, start with mobile first design.
- Search your trade and a town you want work from. If your site does not appear for towns you serve every week, service area pages are the likely gap.
- Look at your maintenance plan revenue. If plan signups only happen by phone or on the job, a proper plan signup page can take pressure off the office.
- Check how bookings arrive after 6 pm. If evening and weekend visitors have no option but voicemail, look at booking websites and emergency landing pages.
- Ask when the site was last rebuilt. If the answer is more than five or six years ago and nobody can edit it easily, a redesign is often cheaper than patching.
What every project includes
Whatever mix of services you choose, a few things are part of every build because skipping them causes problems later:
- Your license number shown where your state requires it in advertising. California, Texas and Florida all have rules on this, covered in our license number guide.
- Real reviews shown honestly, with a link to the platform they came from, in line with the FTC rule on consumer reviews.
- Accessibility checks against WCAG 2.2 level AA as a working target, including color contrast, keyboard use and form labels.
- Core Web Vitals checks on real phone conditions, using the thresholds Google publishes for loading, responsiveness and visual stability.
- Search Console and analytics set up in your name, so you own the data if you ever change providers.
What we do not offer
We do not run paid ad accounts, manage social media or sell lead lists. We also do not write reviews, invent case studies or promise rankings. If you need ads managed, we will build landing pages that work with whoever runs them, and we will tell you plainly what the site can and cannot do on its own.
Can I hire you for just one service?
Yes. You can start with a single piece, such as a maintenance plan page or a set of service area pages, and add more later. Each service page lists what is needed from you to scope it.
Do you work with my existing website platform?
Often, yes. WordPress sites and most hosted builders can take new pages and booking flows. If the current platform blocks something important, such as editing page titles or adding structured data, we will explain the tradeoff before recommending a rebuild.
Do you serve commercial HVAC contractors too?
Yes, for light commercial and mixed residential and commercial shops. Large commercial mechanical contractors usually need a different kind of site, built around bids and project work, which is outside our focus.
